Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment

To help us deliver the best possible service, please take a few moments to review the guidelines below:

​​Clear Surfaces | Remove excess items such as clothing, toys, and small appliances so we can access and thoroughly clean all areas.

Pet Safety | Please secure pets in a comfortable space where they’ll feel safe and undisturbed during the cleaning.

​Fresh Linens |  If you’d like us to change your bed linens, kindly leave clean sheets out where they can be easily found.

No Need to Pre-Clean | There’s no need to tidy up before we arrive—cleaning is what we do best! We'll follow your customized cleaning plan and focus on all agreed-upon areas of your home.

Before The Cleaning

To ensure smooth and timely access to your home, please provide us with your garage code or an extra key. For your security, all keys are securely labeled and cross-referenced. If you prefer not to share access details, we kindly ask that someone be present at the property during your scheduled cleaning.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or make special arrangements, please contact us at least 72 hours before your appointment. We’re happy to accommodate when possible. Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a small fee.

During the Cleaning

All of our cleaning specialists are fully insured and trained in the SanctuAerie way. Each team member undergoes a rigorous background check and receives in-depth training in advanced, high-performance cleaning techniques.

If you're home during your service, our team will respectfully work around your routine to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience.

We provide cleaning services seven days a week and are happy to accommodate your schedule. Because every home is unique, we take a thoughtful, customized approach, investing our time and care to deliver a beautifully clean space for you and your loved ones.

If you're not fully satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of your most recent cleaning. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly, your satisfaction is our top priority.
