Please Note: Some odors may be deeply absorbed into cabinets and could require multiple cleanings to fully eliminate. Watermarks and rings on countertops are often permanent and may not be removed. Our team will carefully assess and identify issues such as burnt-on grease (on stoves and ovens), grout stains, mineral buildup, rust, and discoloration on appliances, sinks, countertops, and cabinetry.
Bathroom/Sinks/Showers
Please Note: Hard water stains, calcium, and mineral buildup on fixtures, shower doors, tubs, counters, and walls may require multiple cleanings to fully remove. Our team will identify any stained grout and recommend replacing caulking or silicone if mold is present beneath the surface. In some cases, discoloration or surface wear on tubs and shower floors may remain visible despite thorough cleaning. Persistent stains often need repeated treatments to noticeably improve or eliminate.
Carpet/Rug Area
Please Note: The treatment of visible stains on carpets or rugs is not included in standard service and will be considered an add-on. Spot treatment or deep stain removal can be requested for an additional fee.
